I design, audit and evolve software systems: frontend, backend, AWS infrastructure and AI integration. Bellec Services is my own practice: one person to talk to, not an agency with layers in between.

Background

Fifteen years of development, architecture and production delivery. Industrial software at Air France Cargo, consumer robotics at Pazzi, humanitarian work at Fondation HULO, web products at Kwarto and Supervan, and today the architecture of a machine and cloud ecosystem at Kadeya. The common thread: systems where the interface has to stay reliable when nothing else is. AI extends that work, it does not replace it.

Approach

I recommend the architecture and I can implement it. That is what keeps recommendations applicable: a plan nobody can execute is worth nothing. I start from the business problem, not from the technology. When a need is better solved without AI, without cloud or without a rewrite, I say so. The tone is direct and technical, with no consulting jargon and no extra process.

Types of engagement

  • One- to two-day audits: architecture, AWS infrastructure, AI opportunities.
  • A few days of technical scoping before a rebuild, a fundraise or a scale-up.
  • Three- to five-day AI integration proofs of concept, to decide on evidence.
  • Fullstack development engagements, starting time-and-materials then fixed price.
  • Fractional technical leadership, a few days a month.
  • One-to-one mentoring for developers, leads and CTOs.

Short formats do not replace longer engagements: they are often the way in.

Services

How and where I work

Based in the Paris area, I work on site in Île-de-France and remotely anywhere in France. Some workshops and scoping sessions are better held on site; the rest of an engagement runs well remotely. I work in French and English (C1) interchangeably, and speak fluent Spanish. My recent engagements involved teams spread across France, the United States and India.
